AdWords Compass 1.01

EULA - End User License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and DoolSoft Inc, the developer of AdWords Compass. This Agreement supersedes any prior version license and governs your use of the SOFTWARE.

1. DoolSoft Inc exclusively owns all copyrights to AdWords Compass.
2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 15 days. Following this test period of 15 days or less, if you wish to continue to use AdWords Compass, you MUST register .
3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use AdWords Compass on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time. You need a license for every machine that the program is installed on. The registered AdWords Compass software may not be rented or leased but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
4. The AdWords Compass unregistered shareware version may be freely distributed, if the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of AdWords Compass without written permission from the copyright holder.
5. AdWords Compass IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
6. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
7. COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE and Trademark are owned by DoolSoft Inc. and is protected by International copyright laws and treaty provisions. All rights therein are reserved for the Author. subscription of this product does not transfer any right, title, or interest in the software except as specifically set forth in this agreement.
8. SOFTWARE SUPPORT. Support will only be provided by e-mail and only on the most current version. Queries regarding the installation and use of the SOFTWARE, as well as requests for additional features and enhancements, should be submitted by e-mail to support@doolsoft.com DoolSoft will attempt to implement all reasonable requests but is not obliged to implement it.
9. Recurring Annual Charges
By choosing the one time annual payment method, that payment covers your cost for the next consecutive period of twelve months. At the end of that 12 month period you will receive email alerts advising you that you annual subscription is up for renewal. In order for your account not to be charged you must contact DoolSoft, Inc. at sales@doolsoft.com in order to discontinue the service and stop future billing.
10. Monthly Billing
By choosing the monthly billing you agree that DoolSoft, Inc. will bill you by the method of your choosing and will continue to do so until you request cancelation of the service by sending an email to sales@doolsoft.com .
11. RESERVATION. DoolSoft Inc. reserves the right to change the license agreement of the software. DoolSoft Inc. reserves the right to change the product as it sees fit. DoolSoft Inc. reserves the right to change prices without notice. DoolSoft Inc. reserves all rights not expressly granted here.
DISCLAIMER

The Author cannot and does not guarantee that any functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements, or that its operations will be error free. The entire risk as to the Software performance or quality, or both, is solely with the user and not the Author.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You have subscribed one single-user copy of Adwords Compass, which means you can ONLY run it on ONE computer AT A TIME. Please DO NOT run this software with the same Registration Key concurrently on multiple computers, or your key might be blocked.
Installing and using AdWords Compass signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove AdWords Compass files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
